It must be October because this past weekend, 10/1 and 10/2 and next weekend, 10/8 and 10/9, is the annual Whatcom Artist Studio Tour. Over 50 artists presenting their art, their studios and how they create. Some offering live demonstrations. Art from every medium: painting,woodworking, sculpture, photography, jewelry, furniture design, sugar….

Real estate is hyper-local meaning each community has its own market that can and will differentiate from the national market. Another way to put it, what $100,000 will buy in say Phoenix, AZ or Detroit, MI is VERY different than what it will buy here in Bellingham,WA.
